 Our Purpose

To teach and apply God’s word in every aspect of life as we become Godly men who can teach others also.

Our Mission Statement

To reach the men at St John with the love of Christ and encourage them to grow in a personal relationship with Christ.

About Our Vision

To transform the lives of men at St. John through the word of God as we build up strong brotherhood, accountability, and men of valor. To provide the men a platform where they can come to express and learn how to apply God’s word in life challenging situations specific to men, in our homes, on our jobs and in our community.

Because St. John is committed to the growth of God’s Kingdom and spiritual maturity, our aim is that of fulfilling the mandate of Jesus Christ that is found in scripture.

Matthew 28:18-20

And Jesus came and spake unto them, saying, all power is given unto me in heaven and in earth. Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost: Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you always, even unto the end of the world. Participation in the Men Ministry includes:

Men are the spearhead of every church event that occurs such as assisting with the block party, being available for various projects throughout the year. 

Men are also needed in various leadership roles such as ministers, teachers, deacons, ushers, children church, youth ministry…(training is required)
